The following are some stats to help visualize the enormity of the task we are undertaking!
We plan to air a minimum of 40 episodes, this number can increase depending on viewer demand. Each episode will contain a portion of the 80 different topics we plan to cover. Some episodes will focus on "day trips" and destinations close to Nashville. Visits to State Parks and nearby Zoo's will be included.
It is currently estimated that it will take about 120 days of filming to provide all of the information we have planned. Each filming day will last from 8-10 hours!
We plan to visit several zoo's in the region, including, but not limited to: Cincinnati, OH, Louisville, KY, Memphis, TN, Chattanooga, TN, Montgomery, AL, with the potential to visit: Cleveland and Akron, OH, St. Louis, MO. Additionally, we hope to visit at least 5 big cat rescue centers.
We will be filming in 4K 60 frames per second and 4K 120 frames per second, although the final published version will be scaled down to 1080P for streaming. There will be an average of 6 cameras mounted to each vehicle in addition to drone footage and other auxiliary cameras.
With the number of cameras and filming hours, it is estimated that we will require a minimum of 800 Terabytes of storage for the unedited footage. After editing, the unused footage will be kept for potential future use.
Currently, we have defined 80 different driving topics that we would like to help educate the motoring public on. This list may grow. for a full list and brief description of these topics, CLICK HERE
Interviews are going to be an integral part of our series, from TDOT officials to University Professors, we hope to be able to provide interviews from at least 15 reputable individuals, all delivering a unique perspective to our project!
This is our current estimate of miles we will be driving in order to deliver exceptional video content.
This is our "Branding" campaign. It is our goal to become a household name in the markets we serve. With that goal in mind, the cost to achieve that goal is high. That's why it's important that we share our marketing efforts with other local companies, so that we all may benefit!
This is the initial cost estimate, if viewer demand dictates that we exceed our 40 episode goal, it is anticipated that the per episode cost will drop significantly. Of course, that would also indicate that we achieved success in our initial branding campaign!
